Glad you are/were there!

With the colder season now approaching, the meetings are becoming more "virtual" again. We look back all the more fondly on September, which once again gave us the chance to engage in personal exchange with our customers.

The user forums have proven to be a firm institution over the years. Numerous customers from various industries and application areas come together with the colleagues of GUS LAB from development, project and sales to exchange ideas about "old", current topics and new developments.

Customers' experiences in using their LIMS software are particularly valuable - our user forums provided the best possible platform for this. Ultimately, the further development of the software also benefits from this.

One last time there were separate events this year. The blomesystem® software customers came to Leipzig. The LABS/Q and VALIDAT customers met in Aachen. At both venues the days were very well filled with an extensive mix of external and internal presentations. In both Aachen and Leipzig, colleagues from Wega Informatik additionally enriched the program with very interesting presentations on IT security and digitalization.

Highlights in Leipzig were not only the innovations in blomesystem®-LIMS but also the topic of sample planning. Among other things, the new sampling app was presented here, which was developed in joint cooperation with the Leipzig waterworks.
