Much new
On 01 May 2023 the time had come. It was prepared for a long time and nevertheless came surprisingly fast. Blomesystem GmbH merged with iCD System GmbH to form GUS LAB GmbH. Our customers were contacted. Some inquiries could be clarified. Internally there were many reorganizations, all 3 locations (Gera, Cologne and Wiehl) were linked together: new teams in the back office, new teams in the services, in sales and in software development.
Already at the beginning of May, we appeared together for the first time under a new logo at the LABVOLUTION in Hannover. In addition to the interdisciplinary exhibition area, LABVOLUTION convinces with attractive formats for knowledge transfer, exchange of experience and networking. The team had a lot to do.
Team event
A joint team event was organized for the many new colleagues. In the Bergisches Land region, all participants had the opportunity to get to know each other in a "Farmers' Olympics" in colorfully mixed teams from the different locations while having a lot of fun. Egg race, horseshoe toss, milking competition... to name just a few stations. The day was rounded off by a relaxed evening with a barbecue and singing together on the guitar. And we still have a lot of plans!
