Sometimes, in addition to a few boxes and organization, you also need a good dose of humor to move a location from A to B. This was also the case for our team, which carried out the move to the new premises in Cologne. Now we are starting a new chapter in our company's history in fresh new offices.
Team spirit at work
The starting signal was given in Gera. We had planned everything meticulously there: from the transfer of the IT infrastructure and the furnishing of the new premises to the coordination of our colleagues' personal belongings. Our impressions on moving day: optimistic faces, packed boxes, and a team that approached the task with calm and concentration. Experience shows that a good move begins long before the actual day—with checklists, clear responsibilities, and a plan B waiting in the wings in case something unexpected comes up.
The moment of departure is the interface between the past and the future. Because it's not just about transporting desks: the move is a symbolic step toward reconnecting as colleagues, filling new spaces together, and thinking ahead about how we work together.
And who says moving is never fun?
Thanks to the support of our moving company, we had a smooth journey. It wasn't just their expert handling that was helpful, but also the calmness that only experience can bring.

Um, not everything is quite perfect. What's missing here?
After several hours of intensive moving work, the first moving boxes were emptied, the furniture was assembled, and the first workstations were ready. You don't need AI for these pictures and sentences (just as you don't need it for carrying boxes): the euphoria after the work is done is real. The fresh, motivating atmosphere in the new offices is ideal for tackling new projects, deepening partnerships, and providing even better customer service. We look forward to tackling old and new tasks in these offices. Will the commitment that has accompanied us for years remain the same? We certainly hope so!

Further steps (and stumbling blocks)
There are still a few technical "minor details" to take care of. We wanted to tackle this task as well, but the first snowfall of the year (which was otherwise truly wonderful!) slowed us down and we had to turn back. Plan B is currently being worked out.
First of all: as soon as the internet connection at the new location is up and running, we will start working from there. We will inform you of the new address in due course.
All in all, the move was an adventurous, sometimes relentless journey. We learned that planning, teamwork, and a dash of humor get us ahead. We are ready for the next chapters—and for a future that begins with fresh enthusiasm and new opportunities. Here's to many more experiences in our new space!
